2. Screw brackets into facia board on 30" (76.9 cm) centers. Use 24" (61.5 cm) centers in areas with heavy snow loads. A chalk line may be used to assure a slight slope of 1/4" (.64 cm) per 10 ft (3 m) of gutter towards the downspout. If gutter continues around corner, make sure that the two corner brackets are at the same level and not closer than 8" (20.5 cm) to the corner. |
