CASEMENT & AWNING WINDOWS
The casement window is crank operated and opens a full 90° Top and bottom mounted hinges allow the sash to slide sideways for easy cleaning from the inside. A positive locking mechanism is featured for increased air-tightness. A single lever multi-point lock is available for ease of operation.

The awning window is a casement window turned 90°. It performs as well as a casement and offers the advantage of being able to stay open and provide ventilation during a rain shower. It is most often used in combination with a fixed window.

The casement window is complemented by a fixed casement design which is a visual match for the operable window. Frame is available with an integrated nailing flange for new construction.
Frame is available without nailing flange for retrofit applications.

DOUBLE HUNG & SLIDER TILT WINDOWS
The proprietary structural clip (patent pending) will greatly increase the structural strength of these windows. In the closed sash position, the structural clip locks into the main frame of the window and will support the sash under heavy wind loads.

In the open sash position, the clip automatically disengages from the frame. The clip is only visible when you tilt the sash in for cleaning. The patented slide block with its reinforced pivot bar and safety clip allows the window to tilt in for easy cleaning. The patented drain channel with proprietary matching child proof latches provide for an exceptionally clean appearance and high resistance to water infiltration.

SINGLE HUNG & SLIDER TILT WINDOWS
The proprietary structural clip (patent pending) will greatly increase the structural strength of these windows.
